ABSTRACT
In order to clarify the effects of drought stress training on quality and resistance Codonopsis pilosula, this study used PEG simulate employed potting with water control for C. pilosula plants. The polysaccharide content, secondary metabolites, antioxidant system, photosynthetic pigment system after were analyzed. results showed that content fructans in root increased two rounds treatment, it was significantly higher than group. accumulation an upward trend during rehydration treatment. lobetyolin tangshenoside Ⅰ treatment compared caused first increasing then decreasing lobetyolin, while had no significant effect Ⅰcontent. pigments decreased gradually round second rehydration. Moreover, increase faster peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA) activities superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase(POD), catalase(CAT) those group, they a tendency decrease When plants again subjected severe stress, wilting rate significantly, biomass increases significantly. This could promote polysaccharides metabolites pilosula. encountering again, quickly regulate delay decomposition chlorophyll respond stress. findings provide theoretical basis ecological cultivation arid semi-arid areas.
