[Research Progress on the Role of Berberine in Hematologic Malignancies and Its Related Mechanisms --Review].

ABSTRACT
Berberine, a traditional Chinese medicine, is an isoquinoline alkaloid extracted from the rhizome of Coptis chinensis. It has anti-inflammatory and antidiarrheal effects commonly used in treatment infections gastrointestinal diseases. In recent years, studies have found that berberine can play wide range anti-cancer leukemia, lymphoma, multiple myeloma, etc. hematologic malignancies, induce autophagy, promote apoptosis, regulate cell cycle, inhibit inflammatory response, cause oxidative damage to cancer cells interact with miRNA proliferation, migration colony formation cells. This paper will review role related mechanisms hematological malignancies.
