ABSTRACT
The current study aimed to examine the effectiveness of a new career education course, "Career Development Theory," at medical university. This course is designed enable students plan their careers and consider various options. class was introduced improve students' entrepreneurial qualities broaden choices. research methods included survey measure before after attending an analysis reports what they had learned from class. A total 243 who qualify participate in national examinations for clinical technologists, engineering radiology technologists participated research. results revealed that autonomy creativity scores significantly increased, whereas risk-taking decreased. suggests may have taught accurate self- risk-assessment skills while fostering cautious attitude toward avoiding unnecessary risks. report indicated self-awareness attitudes changed because Many felt options expanded found avenues outside profession. demonstrates need universities provides valuable suggestions improving educational programs. future goal more design freely choose path best suits them provide useful reference curriculum development other universities.
