ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the potential of Kebar grass extract in reducing impact liver damage mice offspring ( Mus musculus) from parent exposed carbofuran during lactation period. 42 used were divided into seven groups, each group consisting six mice. Carbofuran, extract, and vitamin C are administered orally on days 1 14 after birth. consisted K (aquadest), P1 (carbofuran 1/4 LD50 0.0125 mg/day), P2 1/8 0.00625 P3 (Kebar 3.375 mg (0.2 ml) + LD50), P4 P5 (vitamin 5 P6 LD50). On 15th day birth, sacrified their taken for microscopic examination with hematoxilin eosin staining. The scoring data analyzed using Kruskal-Wallis Mann-Whitney test. result showed significant different (p⟨0.05) among treatment groups.
