[Diagnostic value of full-field digital mammography for breast carcinoma].

ABSTRACT
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of full-field digital mammography for breast cancer. Methods The clinical data and mammograms 230 patients with diseases between January 2008 July were collected reviewed. Craniocaudal (CC) mediolateral oblique (MLO) view performed in all before surgery. Three experienced radiologists imaging assessment analyzed classified according to reporting system (BI-RADS). sensitivity, specificity accuracy evaluated their pathological diagnosis. reasons resulting false-negative false-positive diagnosis also analyzed. Results Of 238 samples, 130 had a malignant tumors 108 cases benign lesions. One hundred nine invasive ductal carcinoma. Fifty-seven lesions adenosis. Masses or masses microcalcifieation most frequently seen signs tumors, accounting 40.8% 20.8%, respectively. FFDM detecting carcinoma 90.8%, 87.0% 89.1%, including negative X-ray finding (5 cases) focal asymmetric densities (4 cases). spiculate, indistinctive lobulated margin leading misdiagnosing as tumors.
