ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the sequencial changes of tear IL-6 mRNA and IL-10 in patients penetrating keratoplasty (PKP) surgery, to understand inflammatory response before after PKP surgery wound healing mechanism. Methods Selected from July 2007 December with 20 healthy subjects as a control group. Tear was collected 1d 1w, 3w fluorescence quantitative PCR used detect tear. Results The CT value at pre-operation, 1w post-operation 18.471±2.698, 18.723±2.640 20.706±2.445, respectively, that 22.801±2.834. same time 15.178±1.640, 16.042±2.516 16.690±2.296, respoctively, 21.251±3.111. It indicated content higher than (P<0.01), trended descend compared level early post-operation, decreased significantly (P<0.01). Conclusions factors heatth human. could be acted markers reaction afer they guide rational usage anti-inflammatory drugs surgery.
