[Application of cut needle biopsy in the diagnosis of submucosal type of nasopharyngeal neoplasms].

ABSTRACT
Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of cut needle biopsy in diagnosis submucosal nasopharyngeal neoplasms. Methods: Cut performed with automatic gun was applied 17 cases type neoplasms.The bleeding quantity recorded and pain measured by score. Results: Adequate sample for hispathological received from each patients. And were consistent follow-up visit. The ranged 1 to 5 ml ((1.9±0.3)ml). scores numerical rating scale between 2-7 (4.0±0.4). There no serious complications such as hemorrhea. 3 patients inflammation pathological diagnosis. These had tumor during follow-up( 6 33 months). 12 undifferentiated cancer. Among patients, there five newly diagnosed seven recurrent 2 lymphoma. Conclusion: has advantages minimal trauma, shorter operative time, less bleeding, light pain, complications. It is simple, safe, worth application clinically.
