ABSTRACT
Objective
To investigate the correlation between HBV abnormal serum markers and HBV-DNA levels.
Methods
The 94 cases of chronic hepatitis patients were divided in 4 groups based on results serological tests. The detected by CLIA real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR, respectively.
Results
In group A, with coexistence HBsAg HBsAb, positive rate was 96.9% (31/32). In B, HBeAg HBeAb, 90.0% (18/20). There no statistical significance A B (x2=2.95, P>0.05). C, negative positive, 64.3% (9/14). statistically significant difference rates C (x2=32.56 23.41, P<0.05).
Conclusions
There different levels groups. existed.
