Investigation and analysis of professional training situation and demands for digestive endoscopy nurses

Objective To investigate the training situation and demands for professional of digestive endoscopy nurses, provide feasibal basis to establish nurse system.

Methods Using self-designed nurses demand questionnaire, 97 students were surveyed, who participated in July 2015 Jilin province.

Results 100% showed will participate specialist knowledge skills training, 98.97% accept new progress endoscopic specialized subject. Respectively 70.1% 91.8% before or after entering department received training. The score was (4.47±0.63) points, which need level; thereinto, nursing cooperation about endoscope surgery what they most content(4.56±0.61). would choose head Endoscopic Department as staff 78.4% experienced nurses.

Conclusions Digestive province is urgent need. Based on present endoscopy, we should set up improve scheme content, strengthen system teachers team construction.
