ABSTRACT
Epimedium is a widely used medicinal plants. Due to excessive use of wild resources and resource constraints, artificial cultivation the only way achieve sustainable resources. E. pseudowushannense intended first cultivated species, but plant production technology not yet fully mature.The diurnal variation photosynthetic eco-physiological characteristics in different growing age was studied by CI-340 Portable Photosynthesis System under natural conditions. The net rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (C), intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), photosynthetically active radiation (PAR), relative humidity (RH), air temperature (Ta), apparent mesophyll (ALMC), transpiration (E), leaf (Tl), water efficiency (WUE) other physiological factors environmental were measured. obtained data analyzed correlation analysis, path analysis stepwise multiple-regression explore relationship between ecological factors. results show that: ①The daily Pn, E, ALMC, C took on"two peak type", Pn with an obvious midday depression phenomenon at noon.②The ALMC annuals' significantly higher than biennial or three-year; Ci basically three-year > biennial> annual.③The regression showed that Ci, Ta might played important role ranked as ALMC>Ci>Ta.
