H Introduction: The brain is the target organ for both general anesthetic drugs and some that are used to treat nervous disorders which cause activation such as piracetam citicoline however, they work in contrast each other.Objective: Our study set out determine effect of on induction time.Method: For 10 days 24 mice had been treated with three groups (piracetam group, mix group).In addition, 7 were a control group.All assessed open field test underwent right reflex pain tests.Results: statistical results showed there highly significant relationship between received comparison group during assessment by (during first sequences) P-value (0.000, 0.039, 0.008), also non-significant association drug citicoline).On other hand, was citicoline) P-value(0.009).Conclusion: time required achieve surgical anesthesia stage delayed influence use.
