The hfrh-buck (high frequency radiation hardened-buck) is a hardened DC/DC-converter operating at high switching of 100MHz with small air core inductor 22nH. To ensure dose, the circuit designed transistors 65nm TSMC technology. By stacking power stage, converter can be supplied voltage up to 4.8V. Stable operation achieved an output 1.2V maximum load current 1A. prototype demonstrates ability parallel connected hybrid-pixel modules in innermost layers.
