ABSTRACT
Recent advancements in topological metamaterials have unveiled fruitful physics and numerous applications. Whereas initial efforts focus on achieving topologically protected edge states through principles of structural symmetry, the burgeoning field now aspires to customize states, tailoring their emergence frequency. Here, our study presents realization phase transitions utilizing compliant mechanisms facets Miura-folded metamaterials. This approach induces two opposite phases, leading at interface. Moreover, we exploit unique folding behavior tune frequency dynamically toggle presence. Our research not only paves way for inducing structures but also enables on-demand control with promising applications wave manipulation vibration isolation.
