In this paper, we investigate the finite-time synchronization problem for a class of Markovian jumping complex networks (MJCNs) with non-identical nodes and impulsive effects. This paper is devoted to the problem on finite-time stabilization (FS) of stochastic neural networks (SNNs) with time-varying delay (TVD) via impulsive control. By structuring proper Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional and help average interval method (AII), some sufficient conditions ensure FS SNNs TVD are derived in term LMIs.
