The introduction of neuroendoscopy has provided a minimally invasive modality for the surgical treatment quadrigeminal arachnoid cysts. Parsonage-Turner syndrome is a clinical that begins with sudden, neuropathic pain on the shoulder girdle, followed by loss over time. An unusual case is reported in a 45-year-old man with tuberculosis of the cervical spine presenting as “compression fracture”. Following trauma, she had neck pain, restricted movements, weakness and hypoesthesia left arm. Plain radiograms revealed marked kyphosis compression fractures fifth vertebra. A 48-year old woman was presented with confusion, haedache and mild right hemiparesia. Computerise Tomogrphy(CT) scan showed meningioma associated left fronto-parietal acute crhonic subdural haematoma(SDH).
