The prevalence and patterns of co-occurring mental health problem symptoms, substance use, delinquent conduct were examined in a sample multiple problem, detained youth. Three distinct co-occurrence found using cluster analysis. Youth two the clusters had moderate problems but differed severity abuse conduct.
