This study presents the research results on co-deposition of nickel and cobalt from an alkaline electrolyte containing glycine. For this purpose, cyclic linear polarization curves were obtained at various concentrations, different poten-tial sweep rates, temperatures. It was established that process occurs anomalously, with content in deposited films exceeding nickel. The deposits under optimal conditions contained 37.25 % Ni 51.43 Co. effect potential rate revealed a relationship between...

This work presents studies to study the nucleation and growth mechanism of electrochemical NiMo films suitable for decomposition reaction water as an electrocatalyst, in which value potential established from polarization measurements was maintained constant. Optimal conditions synthesis Ni-Mo alloy on surface platinum nickel electrodes were using voltammetric examining influence many electrolysis parameters process co-deposition with molybdenum. The chronoamperometric method provides more...

The process of co-deposition Ni with Mo from alkaline electrolytes was studied by taking linear and cyclic polarization curves Pt electrode at various concentrations initial components potential scan rates. Solutions Na2MoO4∙2H2O NiSO4∙7H2O were used as sources ions the main in NH4OH electrolyte. It found that nickel molybdenum goes through oxide formation stage, a solid solution these two metals is deposited on cathode surface. film obtained constant current under optimal conditions...

The process of reducing molybdate ions from an alkaline electrolyte was investigated by removing cyclic and linear polarization curves. The reduction occurs predominantly heptomolybdate ions, which are formed as a result the polymerizing action ammonium on ions. The formation large amount heptamolybdates in solution accelerates reaction ions.An analysis curves at different temperatures made it possible to reveal that electroreduction is accompanied diffusion polarization.
