Parry-Romberg syndrome (PRS) is a poorly understood degenerative disease characterized by atrophy affecting one side of the face. In this report, we describe patient with PRS associated exposure keratopathy and corneal ulceration as result lagophthalmos. The clinical findings staged composite reconstruction are described.
