In this paper, we propose a new algorithm, Waveband Routing with Layered Auxiliary Graph (WRLAG), to perform the inter-domain and intra-domain routing in multi-domain optical networks. We present (LAG) that includes one virtual topology layer multiple waveband-plane layers compute single-hop, or multi-hop hybrid waveband route for each request based on sub-path grouping scheme. In this paper, a QoS multicast routing algorithm in IP/DWDM optical Internet is proposed. Given user request, bandwidth, delay, delay jitter and error rate bounded cost optimized tree constructed based on the shrinking-chaotic-mutation evolutionary with network load balance considered.
