Ultrasound irradiation serves as a greener and efficient method for the synthesis of Hydroxy Imidazole N -oxides via acid-catalysed iminoketone-aldehyde condensations. Highly pure products with high yields obtained in very less time.
Four types of bacteria, two fluorescent pseudomonads, one aeromonad ( Aeromonas hydrophila anaerogens ) and coccus Micrococcus variant were isolated from skin lesions airbreathing fishes. The bacterial culture in mixed condition induced severe ulcers healthy Anabas testudineus . Pure cultures each pseudomonads an separated the mixture superficial ulcer formation.
1-[2-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-5-(4-methoxyphenylazo)benzaldeneamino)ethyl]-3-methyl-3H-imidazole (HMY) and 1-[2-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-5-(4-methylphenylazo)benzaldene amino)ethyl]-3-methyl-3H-imidazole (HMM) were synthesized characterized using spectral analysis. Conformational analysis has been achieved potential energy scan for different rotable bonds obtaining the lowest conformer. Conformer with minimum is obtained along dihedral angle N30-C31-C34-N37. QTAIM gives nature strength of hydrogen...
Multiple drug resistance (MDR) remains a major clinical challenge for cancer treatment. P-glycoprotein is the contributor and they exceed their role in chemotherapy of most malignancies. Attempts several preclinical studies to reverse MDR phenomenon by using modulators have not yet generated promising results. In present study, co-ordination complex zinc viz., Zn N-(2-hydroxyacetophenone)glycinate (ZnNG) has been synthesized, characterized its antitumour activity was tested vitro against...
An assembly of carbonyls held together by weak-bond interactions (Constitutional Dynamic Chemistry) results in bulk polarisation. Molecules participate reactions a cycle rather than as individual moieties leading to higher reaction rates.
A green, efficient, and straightforward methodology for the three-component synthesis of 2,4,5-triarylimidazole has been developed under solvent-free conditions using unconventional CuB 4 O 7 as a promoter.
Abstract A series of six 2, 4, 5‐triarylimidazole (IM‐1 to IM‐6) have been prepared by the multi‐component condensation reaction involving benzil, substituted salicylaldehyde and NH 4 OAc under solvent free condition using unconventional CuB O 7 catalyst. The compounds were characterized various analytical spectroscopic techniques. Furthermore, DFT studies such as optimization gas phase structure, HOMO‐LUMO energies, Molecular electrostatic potential, NLO properties these investigated....
Abstract: Peptides are important as drugs and biologically active molecules. The synthesis of pep-tides has gathered considerable attention in recent years due to their various attractive properties. Conventional peptide is tedious requires hazardous reagents solvents. Micro-wave-assisted solid-phase several advantages compared with conventional batch synthesis. Herein, we have discussed microwave-assisted bond methods developed over the last five years. categorized into four groups - small,...
Abstract Various metal complexes derived from different Schiff bases are conveniently prepared using solvent-free condensation reactions in one-pot synthesis, resulting significantly enhanced yields. Initial calorimetric studies, and/or TGA of reaction mixtures, led to better optimization conditions. The ligands like imines, hydrazones, semicarbazones, and nitrones also synthesized by this method; thus process is general expedient.
