A hepatobronchial fistula is an anatomic communication between the liver parenchyma and bronchial tree. Major causes of such fistulae include inflammatory conditions resulting from obstruction biliary tract infectious processes, as pyogenic abscesses, amebiasis, hydatid cysts.
