We detect a significant angle-dependence in the core level and valence line shapes of photoelectron spectra single crystal ${\mathrm{K}}_{3}{\mathrm{C}}_{60}$. The bonding between titanium atoms and ${\mathrm{C}}_{60}$ has been examined by means of resonant inelastic x-ray scattering.
