The resistive switching behavior in random access memories (RRAMs) using atomic-layer-deposited Ga2O3/ZnO composite film as the dielectric was investigated. In this investigation, a comparison was done between the use of dodecane and oxidized diesel oil as collectors to float coal. FTIR used determine chemical properties coal, which showed that coal has less hydrophobic functional groups while high will enhance flotation.
