Large, high-capacity models trained on diverse datasets have shown remarkable successes efficiently tackling downstream applications. In domains from NLP to Computer Vision, this has led a consolidation of pretrained models, with general backbones serving as starting point for many Can such happen in robotics? Conventionally, robotic learning methods train separate model every application, robot, and even environment. we instead generalist X-robot policy that can be adapted new robots,...
The role of prophylactic cranial irradiation (PCI) in limited-stage small cell lung cancer (LS-SCLC) has been questioned the era magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).The purpose this study was to re-evaluate efficacy PCI patients with LS-SCLC.Three electronic databases were searched, including PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library from January 2012 April 2022.All relevant publications included based on inclusion criteria, survival data brain metastasis (BM) rates extracted pooled.Ten studies...
To evaluate the clinical efficiency of tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) compared to cisplatin for malignant pleural effusion and ascites through intrapleural intraperitoneal infusion.Thirteen patients with were divided into a TIL-treated group cisplatin-treated group. Patients given TILs or cisplatin, infusion respectively, after drainage serous by thoracentesis abdominocentesis. The overall response rate disease control (33.33% 83.33%) higher than that (28.57% 71.43%). The...
Aim: To investigate the expression of cyclophilin A (CypA) in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and explore effects CypA on cell cycle HCC. Materials Methods: was assessed by immunohistochemistry 48 cases HCC tissues paired adjacent tissues. plasmid transfected into cells analyzed. Results: Positivity for higher than (79.1% vs. 12.5%, p<0.05). significantly stage III IV I II (p<0.05). Elevated induced an increase percentage S-phase (from 34.79% to 42.14%) a decrease...
In Brazil, prevalence of diagnosed COPD among adults aged 40 years and over is 16% although 70% cases remain undiagnosed. Hypertension common well-recorded in primary care, frequently co-exists with because causes such as tobacco smoking, therefore we conducted a cross-sectional screening test accuracy study nine Basic Health Units hypertensive patients ≥40 to identify the optimum test/combinations detect undiagnosed COPD. We compared six index tests (four questionnaires, microspirometer...
Background/Aim: Bevacizumab combined with standard chemotherapeutics has become a choice of treatment for several kinds cancers. Hypertension, third-degree albuminuria, thrombosis and cardiotoxicity are the reported side-effects bevacizumab. Among them, is most severe, but rare outcome. We report case 62-year-old female colorectal carcinoma who was given bevacizumab-containing chemotherapy more than 20 months achieved stable disease during entire course treatment. Thereafter, she developed...
Paper is a cheap, recyclable, and clean material that often used to make practical tools. Traditional tool design either relies on simulation or physical analysis, which inaccurate time-consuming. In this paper, we propose PaperBot, an approach directly learns use in the real world using paper without human intervention. We demonstrated effectiveness efficiency of PaperBot two tasks: 1. learning fold throw airplanes for maximum travel distance 2. cut into grippers exert gripping force....
Cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL) is a group of non-Hodgkin’s primary cutaneous lymphomas, with Mycosis Fungoides and Sézary syndrome (SS) being the two most common subtypes. Fatty acid synthase (FASN) crucial enzyme that catalyses biosynthesis fatty acids, which has been reported to play an oncogenic role in various malignancies but not CTCL so far. Herein, we show FASN highly expressed lines peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) from patients, while it PBMCs healthy individuals. The...
This case study reports on a patient who relapsed with thymoma (mixed type) nine years after tumor resection. After four courses of rescue chemotherapy (docetaxel and cisplatinum), the was further diagnosed pure red cell aplasia. It noticed that cyclosporin A (CsA), which administered to treat aplasia, could reverse chemoresistance. Its mechanism is not completely clear, but hypothesis CsA inhibiting P-glycoprotein mediated drug efflux most acceptable.
Objective To describe high-frequency skin ultrasonographic and dermoscopic features of seborrheic keratosis (SK) . Methods Between August December in 2017, 46 outpatients with SK were enrolled from the Department Dermatology Peking Union Medical College Hospital, 50 lesions observed by 50-and 20-MHz ultrasonography dermoscopy. The summarized analyzed. Statistical analysis was done using chi-square test for comparisons evaluation results between ultrasonography, correspondence analyzed...
Objective To investigate the dermoscopic features of vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) . Methods Seventeen patients with VLS, who visited Department Dermatology Peking Union Medical College Hospital between August 2015 and June 2017 underwent dermoscopy skin histopathological examination, were enrolled into this study. The images 75 lesions collected analyzed retrospectively. Results The common in these VLS included yellowish-white structureless areas (89.3%, 67/75) , reddish-violet...
Objective To investigate the effects of Lp(a)on proliferation GMCs rat model induced by lipopolysaccharide and explore possible mechanism Lp(a)in GMCs.Methods observe GMCs,different dosage Lp(a)were used,The research were divided into three groups:Control group,LPS group,Lp(a)group. After culture(at end 12h,24h,48h,60h 72h),the cultured suspension collected to rate MTT,the positive cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)by immunohistochemisty, and level intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1)by ELISA...
Objective To describe common dermoscopic features of primary cutaneous amyloidosis (PCA) , and to explore the application value dermoscopy in assisting diagnosis PCA. Methods Seventeen patients with PCA were collected from Department Dermatology Peking Union Medical College Hospital between April 2014 December 2016. A total 45 skin lesions subjected dermoscopy, their analyzed. Results The included central hubs, which could be white, brown or scar-like areas, various pigment...
