Mushroom poisoning is a significant food safety issue with an increasing incidence, Southwest China being the most severely affected region. This study analyzed 112 cases of mushroom admitted to specialized toxicology hospital in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China. A total 9 species were identified across 4 types. Among 51 incidents, gastroenteritis was common presentation. However, acute liver failure caused by lethal Amanita spp. accounted for all mortality this cohort. Shorter...

Abstract Pu‐erh tea is believed to be a beneficial beverage for health due its many kinds of pharmacological effects. Nevertheless, detailed information related differences in metabolites raw from different geographical origins remains scarce. In this study, 43 elements were found water‐soluble components by highly sensitive ultra‐performance liquid chromatography quadrupole time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (U‐HPLC/Q‐TOF‐MS). The characteristic groups 29 nondestructive proton nuclear...

Coumarins is a kind of important components in traditional Chinese medicine. Due to their special structure, they have significant pathological connections with many diseases. In this research, we established rapid method analyse the coumarins from Fructus citri Sarcodactylis by using technique ultra-performance liquid chromatography quadruple time-of-flight mass spectrometry. Twenty-one were identified Sarcodactylis, 10 discovered for first time. At same time, sensitive identifying was established.

ABSTRACT The study aims to develop a rapid, sensitive ultra‐performance liquid chromatography coupled with an electrospray ionization quadruple time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC/Q‐TOF‐MS) analytical method for identifying glycerophospholipids (GPLs) from RAW264.7 cells. A total of 78 GPLs including 22 phosphatidylethanolamines (PEs), 49 phosphatidylcholines (PCs), four phosphatidylglycerols, one phosphatidylinositol and two unknown were identified.
