We present the case of a symptomatic young woman with mitral stenosis and regurgitation due to congenital arcade. Multimodality imaging echocardiography computed tomography were used for diagnosis surgical planning. The patient underwent successful bioprosthetic valve replacement. Background: Ischemic stroke is a major cause of death and disability. Currently, the AHA/ASA guidelines recommend cardiovascular (CV) examination, cardiac enzyme tests, 12-lead ECG in all patients.
