Since a vehicle logo is the clearest indicator of manufacturer, most manufacturer recognition (VMR) methods are based on recognition. Logo can be still challenge due to difficulties in precisely segmenting an image and requirement for robustness against various imaging situations simultaneously. In this paper, convolutional neural network (CNN) system has been proposed VMR that removes precise detection segmentation. addition, efficient pretraining strategy introduced reduce high...

The superior mechanical strength of Inconel 718 and similar Nb containing alloys mainly results from the ordered γ″-Ni3Nb precipitates. By employing first-principles calculations, we comprehensively investigate effects alloying elements (i.e., Sc, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Y, Zr, Mo, Tc, Ru, Rh, Pd, Hf, Ta, W, Re, Os, Ir, Pt) on site preference, phase stability properties γ″-Ni3Nb. calculation indicate that Ta W prefer to occupy sublattice, others tend Ni sublattice. Nb-sublattice strong...

Abstract A coupled‐single‐particle and Monte Carlo model was used to simulate propylene polymerization. To describe the effects of intraparticle transfer resistance on polymerization kinetics, polymeric multilayer (PMLM) applied. The reaction in each layer PMLM described with method. solved together model. Therefore, included factors mass‐ heat‐transfer as well stochastic collision nature catalyzed single‐site‐type/multiple‐site‐type catalysts. presented results such dynamics, physical...

The AZ31 magnesium alloy sheet of a 10mm thickness was welded by CO2 laser welding. OM, SEM and XRD were used to analyze macroscopic morphology, microstructure, element distribution phases the seam. It found that topside weld sunk, but good appearance obtained on opposite. fine equiaxed grain is in which composed Mg no Al-Mg low melting phase. mean tensile strengths can reach 212MPa values, lot pores existed fracture.

Extracting main object from photos is prerequisite for image processing and semantic understanding in many areas especially multimedia signal at internet. So far, either human interaction single or sequence frames are required the extraction most of them still rely on hand-crafted features. In contrast, proposed work cast boundary detection daily as a patch-level binary classification, where features learned directly automatically raw pictures corresponding sharpness information via stacked...
