In this paper, we propose a probabilistic kernel approach to preference learning based on Gaussian processes. A new likelihood function is proposed capture the relations in Bayesian framework. The generalized formulation also applicable tackle many multiclass problems. overall has advantages of methods for model selection and prediction.
