Highly efficient vacuum-deposited CsPbBr3 perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) are demonstrated by introducing a separate polyethylene oxide (PEO) passivation layer. A film deposited on the PEO layer via thermal co-evaporation of CsBr and PbBr2 exhibits an almost 50-fold increase in photoluminescence quantum yield intensity compared to reference sample without PEO. This enhancement is attributed interfacial defects perovskite, as evidenced temperature-dependent measurements. However,...

Perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) have attracted increasing interest in the realization of single-photon emitters owing to their ease chemical synthesis, wide spectral tunability, fast recombination rate constant, scalability, and high quantum yield. However, integration a single perovskite NC into photonic structure has yet be accomplished. In this work, highly stable individual zwitterionic ligand-based CsPbBr3 with circular Bragg grating (CBG) is successfully demonstrated. The far-field...

A novel approach to producing high-color-purity blue-light-emitting diodes based on single-crystalline Ruddlesden-Popper perovskites (RPPs) is reported. The utilization of a pure bromide composition eliminates any possibility halide segregation, which can otherwise lead undesired shifts in the emission wavelength or irreversible degradation spectral line width. Phase-pure PEA2MAPb2Br7 single crystals with lateral size exceeding 1 cm2 be synthesized using inverse temperature crystallization...

Abstract Quasi‐2D Ruddlesden–Popper perovskite (RPP) have surfaced as a promising candidate for light emitting diodes (LEDs) due to its outstanding optoelectronic properties. However, reliable approach patterning RPPs remains elusive the use of polar solvents in lithographic processes, which can damage RPP. Here, and damage‐free dry micropatterning method is reported, also offers cost/time advantage compared conventional methods. The sharp edges high aspect ratio silicon micropillars are...

To achieve pure-blue emission (460-470 nm), we manipulate the crystallization process of quasi-2D perovskite, (PBA)2Csn-1PbnBr3n+1, prepared by a solution process. The strategy involves controlling distribution "n" phases with different bandgaps, solely utilizing changes in precursor's supersaturation to ensure that desired aligns smallest bandgap. Adjustments photoluminescence (PL) wavelength are made changing solute concentration and solvent polarity, as these factors heavily influence...

We report the synthesis of Bi-based lead-free halide perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) via a ligand-assisted reprecipitation (LARP) method. Detailed chemical analysis synthesized Cs–Bi–Br NCs, which are commonly called stoichiometric Cs3Bi2Br9, revealed that actual composition NCs was extremely Cs deficient. Photoluminescence (PL) spectra from Cs-deficient and BiBr3 were nearly identical except for higher emission intensity with Cs, suggested origin PL BiBr3, inclusion few atomic percentages...

However, achieving pure blue‐emitting PeLEDs remains significant challenge. In this work, we successfully synthesized monoanionic octyl‐phosphonate...
