Abstract Li 2 (Mg 1– x Cu ) Mo 3 O 12 (0 ≤ ≤0.1) ceramics were prepared using the conventional solid‐phase method to study effect of 2+ substitution for Mg on sintering behavior, crystal structure, and microwave dielectric properties ceramics. The experimental results show that reduces temperature 550°C. X‐ray diffraction patterns introduction does not produce a new phase, but rather promotes formation solid solution. are influenced by cell parameters, bond lengths, structural stability....
Polyether-ether-ketone (PEEK) and polyimide (PI) are two kinds of engineering polymer materials widely used as roller bearing cages rings under extreme environment because their noise reduction corrosion resistance properties. The Si3N4 ceramic is the most common ball material. Many current applications bearings require aqueous lubrication. Therefore, this study presents lubrication tribopairs formed by PEEK PI material sliding against ceramic. Experimental results show that exhibited...
Superlubricity has been recognized as the future of tribology. However, it is hard to achieve superlubricity under extreme conditions such a high load and low sliding speed on macroscale. In this paper, remarkable synergetic lubricating effect between nanoparticles silicon nitride (Si3N4) demonstrated; helps water-lubricated Si3N4 successfully. Different kinds hairy silica were prepared, dispersed into water, characterized using variety methods. The tribological properties with nanoparticle...
