Primary adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) of the trachea is a rare entity, with 5-year survival between 50% and 80% for resectable cases 30% in case unresectable disease. We report primary ACC on woman her 70s that presented drawn-out history dyspnoea. She was diagnosed an obstructive tumour trachea, which required placement Y-shaped stent. The patient underwent concomitant chemoradiotherapy, partial response, still follow-up, without evidence disease progression.
