We numerically studied the terahertz wave generation in quasi phase matched Gallium Arsenide (QPM-GaAs) based on difference frequency (DFG) process between resonating signal and idler waves of type-IIphase periodically poled LiNbO3 (PPLN) optical parametric oscillator (OPO).
