Pd-perovskite (Pd-STO, STO = SrTiO3) was synthesized by a relatively low-temperature (373 K) hydrothermal method without calcination. The morphology of the Pd-STO could be controlled adjusting H2O/NH3 ratio during fabrication amorphous titania. catalyst showed better durability for Suzuki couplings than did Pd-impregnated catalysts on conventional supports.

Perhitungan komputasi berbasis website yang tidak berbayar dan dapat diakses oleh siapapun akan berperan sangat penting dalam pembelajaran kimia bagi pemula. Pada penelitian ini, kami telah melakukan optimasi struktur kompleks Cu(II)-fenantrolin (Cu(II)-phe2) menggunakan perangkat lunak GAMESS pada kluster komputer San Diego Supercomputing Center (SDSC) melalui www.chemcompute.org. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa kedua ligand fenantrolin berada satu bidang datar, tetapi membentuk sudut 35,4º.
Pada penelitian ini, kami memanfaatkan pasir zirkon (ZrSiO4) yang kesediaannya cukup melimpah (174,22 juta ton) sebagai bahan baku pembuatan katalis zirkonia (ZrO2). Pasir dicampur dengan NaOH (rasio massa 1 : 1,5) kemudian dikalsinasi pada suhu 700 ºC selama jam.
