The Cascaded Multi-Dithering theory, which allows coherent beam combining of M-by-N elements, is presented in this paper. theory briefly introduced, and demonstrated experimentally by sixteen-beams to verify its feasibility as an active phase control for scaling up the power fiber lasers.
