This paper proposes a non-iterative method for the design of Radio Frequency Energy Harvesters (RFEHs) with maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) at any given input level. Because non-linear interdependency rectifier's impedance and its voltage to matching network's parameters, an RFEH requires numerous lengthy transient simulations entire energy harvester. Splitting space into two separate spaces which only interact each other through rectifier, goal can now be redefined finding optimum...
Capacitance measure is a technique for applications such as capacitance tomography and capacitive sensor readout. This paper presents multiple channel measurement IC which based on switched-capacitor design in 0.18um process. It can be used electronic-skin or other array-type sensors system. contains of voltage conversion units single-slope ADC. uses channels at the same time to compensate disadvantage speed. Test result shows that dynamic range reach 45.1dB, rate about 5us/row this paper.
