A Zr-based metal–organic framework with zinc tetrakis(carboxyphenyl)-porphyrin (ZnTCPP) groups (MOF-525-Zn) was utilized to develop a novel electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor for highly sensitive protein kinase activity assay. In this work, in terms of ECL measurements and cyclic voltammetry, the cathodic behaviors MOF-525-Zn aqueous media were thoroughly investigated first time. The photoelectric active ZnTCPP on frameworks could promote generation singlet oxygen (1O2) via series...

The measurement value of weight volume is important for correcting buoyancy influence in the mass measurement. Traditional method hydrostatic method. It most accurate currently, but it a complicated process requiring to be wetted reference fluid. To eliminate liquid against determination method, based on acoustics introduced paper. results from 1 kg 20 show accuracy system enough measuring class E weight. relative extend uncertainty less than 8×10 -4 .

Magnetic interactions may lead to errors in precision mass metrology. There are two factors named magnetic susceptibility and polarization which need be determined before First four methods compared analyzed suitable range, requirement, uncertainty note comparison process. Then given out, description of differences between normal weights micro-gram standards presented the paper. It is easy become magnetized if weight not well protected manufacture or daily using. So it important control its...

Abstract The large water inrush during excavation construction is a prominent problem in tunnels because of their fractured surrounding rock conditions and complex lithology, which seriously affects the tunnel progress safety. Advanced grouting ideas combining plugging draining, mainly involving draining supplementing plugging, have been put forward according to different geological conditions. In this study, we used three advanced techniques dispose from palm face, block points time,...
