A rapid method is developed for fabricating low-cost and high-numerical-aperture photosensitive-gel microlens arrays (MLAs) with well-controlled curvatures. An UV-curable film beneath the microholes of a silicon mold can be flexibly deformed by thermally manipulating surface tension photosensitive gel pressure difference across air-photosensitive-gel interface. The concave interface then solidified through UV curing, forming MLA curvature. MLAs focal length ranging from 51.4 to 71.9 μm...

With the increasing communication and storage of point cloud data, there is an urgent need for effective objective method to measure quality before after processing. To address this difficulty, we propose a projection-based blind indicator via multimodal learning which can perceive both geometric distortion texture by using four homogeneous modalities (i.e., texture, normal, depth roughness). fully exploit information, further develop deformable convolutionbased alignment module graph-based...

Abstract The effect of surface wettability on droplet impact spherical surfaces is studied with the CLSVOF method. When velocity constant, increase in contact angle (CA), maximum spreading factor and time needed to reach (tmax) both decrease; liquid film more prone breakup rebound. CA increasing, increases while tmax decreases. With curvature ratio when between 30 150°, it decreases ranges from 0 30°.
