In reply to Paul Kulyn (letters April 21) I would first like point out that England is the only country in UK has means-tested bursaries. Our three neighbouring countries - Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales all have non-means tested bursaries for degrees, similar English diploma system. Second, already made move all-graduate entry, with Scotland looking set follow.
