Background
Low availability of oxygen in tumors contributes to the hostility tumor microenvironment toward immune system. However, dynamic relationship between local levels and surveillance by infiltrating T-lymphocytes (TIL) remains unclear. This situation reflects a methodological difficulty visualizing gradients living tissue manner that is suitable for spatiotemporal quantification contextual correlation with individual cell dynamics tracked typical fluorescence reporter...

We introduce a labeling tool and dataset aimed to facilitate computer vision research in agriculture. The annotation introduces novel methods for with variety of manual, semi-automatic, fully-automatic tools. includes original images collected from commercial greenhouses, PlantVillage, Google Images. Images were annotated segmentations foreground leaf, fruit, stem instances, diseased leaf area. Labels an extended COCO format. In total the contained 10k tomatoes, 7k leaves, 2k stems, annotations.

This paper presents an integrated system for chrysanthemum bud detection that can be used to automate labour intensive tasks in floriculture greenhouses. The will detect buds and their 3D location order guide a robot arm perform selective pruning on each plant. algorithm is based using radial hough transform. Testing several samples showed promising results.

Abstract Lymphocytes encounter varying oxygen levels as they traverse through healthy and diseased tissue. Hypoxia is a hallmark of the tumor microenvironment can affect anti-tumor immune response. However, despite importance T cell adaptation to differing concentrations in niche, there has been no method study spatiotemporal dynamics context vivo. To this end, we developed phosphorescence-optimized 2-photon lifetime kinetic (2pOLAK) microscopy which enables co-imaging phosphorescence...
