Combined hamartoma of the retina and retinal pigment epithelium (CHRRPE) is a rare, benign, usually onesided disease that can cause significant painless vision loss. most commonly found in isolated forms, but reports are also available describing compounds with neurofibromatosis types 1 2. CHRRPE has increased pigmentation, tortuous vessels, presence epiretinal membranes. In our article, we present case report 6-year-old girl who was diagnosed CHRRPE.
