Scrotoschisis is a congenital extrusion of the testis through defect in scrotum. The condition extremely rare, with only few cases reported literature. We present 2 full term neonates one whom had bilateral and other right scrotoschisis contralateral communicating hydrocele. They presented at ages 7 22 days, as referral from rural health centers. both successful repair. Testes were scrotum after 1 year 6 months follow-up, respectively.
