Two new flavonoid glycosides, (1, 2), and eleven known compounds, (3—13), were isolated from a 70% EtOH extract of the leaves Chromolaena odorata (Asteraceae). Their structures elucidated by 1D 2D NMR spectroscopic interpretation as well chemical studies. The newly compounds tested in vitro for their cytotoxic activities against LLC HL-60 cancer cell lines. Compound 1 showed cytotoxicity lines with IC50 values 28.2 11.6 μM, respectively. 2 exhibited significant activity inhibition value 10.8 μM.
