The purpose is to compare full-field digital mammography (FFDM), breast tomosynthesis (DBT) and contrast-enhanced spectral (CESM) technologies on three systems in terms of image quality patient dose. Two Senographe Essential with DBT CESM (denoted S1 S2) one Selenia Dimensions (S3) FFDM were considered. Dosimetry methods recommended the European protocol used.
