Serine protease inhibitory glycopeptides, aeruginosins 205 A (1) and -B (2), were isolated from the cyanobacterium Oscillatoria agardhii (NIES-205). The gross structures of these glycopeptides elucidated by mass 2D NMR spectral data. planar structure 2 was same as that 1 but differed in stereochemistries 3-hydroxyleucine (Hleu) phenyllactic acid 2-O-sulfate (Plas). These are potent inhibitors trypsin thrombin.
A new type of natural products, miharadienes A–D (1–4), was isolated from the marine-derived Streptomyces miharaensis 151KO-143.
