Jet-lag symptoms arise from temporal misalignment between the internal circadian clock and external solar time. We found that rhythms of behavior (locomotor activity), gene expression, body temperature immediately reentrained to phase-shifted light-dark cycles in mice lacking vasopressin receptors V1a V1b (V1a(-/-)V1b(-/-)). Nevertheless, V1a(-/-)V1b(-/-) was still coupled clock, which oscillated normally under standard conditions. Experiments with suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) slices...
Nickelate superconductors have attracted a great deal of attention over the past few decades due to their similar crystal and electronic structures with high-temperature cuprate superconductors. Here, we report superconductivity in pressurized Ruddlesden-Popper phase single <a:math xmlns:a="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
The anisotropic Raman behavior of SnS flake is found to be strongly dependent on the thickness flake.
Topological nodal semimetal (TNS), characterized by its touching conduction and valence bands, is a newly discovered state of quantum matter which exhibits various exotic physical phenomena. Recently, new type TNS called topological line (TNLS) predicted where band form degenerate one-dimension further protected crystal symmetry. In this work, we systematically investigated the bulk surface electronic structure non-symmorphic, TNLS in InBi (which also II Dirac semimetal) with strong...
In this paper, we present the design and silicon characterization results of an 8Mb STT-MRAM macro in 16nm FinFET Logic CMOS process. The film stack is carefully designed to achieve both solder-reflow tolerance short write pulse 50nS. A merged reference scheme with reverse connected cells are proposed for read-disturb immunity. read access time 9nS achieved from -40C 125C Vdd=0.8V±10%, making it suitable high performance MCU applications. Silicon data measurement presented demonstrate a...
Abstract The superconducting diode effect (SDE), a hallmark of nonreciprocal superconductivity, unveils rich ore intriguing physical properties and applications. SDE has been discovered in some unconventional superconductors, but remains underexplored heterostructures. Here, van der Waals heterostructure magnetic Mott insulator α‐RuCl 3 superconductor NbSe 2 is engineered to induce via proximity‐driven correlations. Transport measurements reveal an induced gap (0.2 meV) , which significantly...
The [SbCl 5 ] 2− distortions modulate triplet STE emissions. enhancement of high-energy emission is ascribed to enhanced electron–phonon coupling, promoted intersystem crossing process, as well restrained nonradiative transitions.
Existing multi-class text classification techniques prevailingly adhere to a uniform training paradigm that consists of an encoder for encoding, linear classifier label prediction, and one-hot vectors representation. However, this conventional considers labels as independent categorical variables, overlooking the implicit semantic information contained within labels. This may result in models exhibiting overconfidence, particularly scenarios with semantically similar or inaccurately labeled...
Abstract PrAlSi, a non‐centrosymmetric ferromagnetic Weyl semimetal candidate with Curie temperature of 17.8K, offers unique platform for exploring the interplay symmetry breaking and topological electronic structures. Up to now, fermion distribution as well their evolution across paramagnetic phase transition in PrAlSi has not been explored. Here, presence fermions is uncovered demonstrates that they can be manipulated through magnetic transition. The ab‐initio calculations indicate shift...
Rotary traveling-wave oscillators (RTWOs) are a new transmission-line based approach to gigahertz rate oscillators. This paper presents the fundamental theory of RTWOs in both weakly nonlinear and strongly regions operation, including their multimode characteristics, quality factor, nonlinearity, edge oscillating waveform. Finally we use derive analytic expressions for thermally induced phase noise. Our theoretical results then compared with accurate simulations.
Zero-dimensional (0D) hybrid metal halides (HMHs) have emerged as a promising platform for exploring excitation-dependent multicolor luminescent materials owing to their diverse crystal structures and chemical compositions. Nevertheless, understanding the mechanism behind emissions (EDEs) in 0D HMHs achieving precise modulation remains challenging. In this work, delicate regulations on EDE of (DMEDABr)4SnBr3I3 (DMEDA: N, N'-dimethylethylenediamine) with mixed halogens are achieved under low...
Abstract Adding carbon nanotubes (CNTs) to metal composites changes their corrosion resistance, which is significantly affected by the distribution of CNTs. In this study, effect content and CNTs on resistance was investigated changing electrodeposition process. The results indicated that could inhibit grain growth act as an elemental channel for passivation film formation, positively enhanced material. However, annealing used improve bonding strength matrix increased size material, had a...
Generally, the dissipationless Hall effect in solids requires time-reversal symmetry breaking (TRSB), where TRSB induced by external magnetic field results ordinary effect, while caused spontaneous magnetization gives rise to anomalous (AHE) which scales with net magnetization. The AHE is therefore not expected antiferromagnets vanishing small However, large was recently observed certain noncollinear spin structure and nonvanishing Berry curvature. Here, we report another origin of a layered...
