Endolimax nana, is one of the least described non-pathogenic intestinal protozoa that distributed throughout world. Transmission occurs by fecal-oral route. The main clinical manifestations human infection with this protozoan are symptoms gastrointestinal tract. We have a case in an 8-year-old child. When conducting coprological study, cysts E.
