Romosozumab is increasingly employed to manage osteoporosis. However, no studies have analyzed its effects on recent osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures (OVCFs). Therefore, this study aimed evaluate the efficacy of romosozumab compared with teriparatide in managing OVCFs.
