Abstract Flatter velocity profiles and more uniform thermal environents are extremely desirous factors for improved performance in flow reactors heat exchangers. One means of achieving this laminar systems is to use mixers inverters. These improve but at higher initial operating costs. This paper introduces a new effective device inversion which achieved by changing the direction centrifugal force helically‐coiled tubes. Transient response experiments carried out under conditions both...

Prescission neutron, proton, and \ensuremath{\alpha}-particle multiplicities for the reaction $^{28}\mathrm{Si}$+$^{175}\mathrm{Lu}$ at 159 MeV were measured simultaneously. The multiplicity data analyzed using deformation dependent particle transmission coefficients, binding energies, level densities to extract fission time scales mean of saddle-to-scission emitter. neutron charged could be explained consistently, a better fit being obtained by considering emission neutrons favored toward...
Pre-scission neutron multiplicities from fission of the compound nuclei ${}^{210,212,214,216}$Rn have been measured in order to investigate $N/Z$ dependence hindrance. The Rn isotopes are populated through fusion ${}^{16,18}$O $+$ ${}^{194,198}$Pt systems and formed at four excitation energies range 50--79 MeV. experimental pre-scission yield is compared with predictions statistical model nuclear decay containing strength dissipation as a free parameter. obtained present analysis does not...
Pre- and post-scission neutron multiplicities are measured for the three isotopes of Fr (${}^{217}$Fr, ${}^{215}$Fr, ${}^{213}$Fr) in excitation energy range 48--91.8 MeV. Out these isotopes, ${}^{213}$Fr has shell closure (${N}_{C}=126$) while other two non-closed-shell nuclei. Statistical model calculations using Kramers' fission width performed to investigate effects on dissipation strength which fit experimental data. It is observed that correction binding energies evaporated particles...
Experimental measurements of evaporation residue (ER) cross sections for the $^{19}F$ + $^{194,196,198}\mathrm{Pt}$ reactions forming $^{213,215,217}\mathrm{Fr}$ compound nuclei are reported. The measured at beam energies in range 101--137.3 MeV. survival probability $^{213}\mathrm{Fr}$ nucleus with neutron number $N=126$ is found to be lower than probabilities $^{215}\mathrm{Fr}$ and $^{217}\mathrm{Fr}$ numbers $N=128$ 130 respectively. Statistical model analysis ER show that an excitation...
Background: A new type of asymmetric fission was observed in $\ensuremath{\beta}$-delayed $^{180}\mathrm{Tl}$ [Phys. Rev. Lett. 105, 252502 (2010)] as symmetric mass distribution would be expected based on conventional shell effects leading to the formation $N=50$ fragments. Following this observation, theoretical calculations were carried out which predict for several mercury isotopes around region $\ensuremath{\sim}180$ at low and moderate excitation energies [Moller, Randrup, Sierk, Phys....
Abstract Shahpura Lake receives untreated domestic sewage from residential areas in Bhopal city. Analysis of water, plankton, fish and sediment reveals that the lake is contaminated by certain heavy metals. The concentrations some these metals including iron manganese were within acceptable limits, whereas others chromium, nickel, zinc lead not water quality limits. Metal inlet drain compared with published criteria. comparison revealed ranged ‘non‐polluted’ to ‘heavy pollution’ categories....
A new hybrid surrogate ratio approach has been employed to determine neutron-induced fission cross sections of $^{233}\mathrm{Pa}$ in the energy range 11.5 16.5 MeV for first time. The probability $^{234}\mathrm{Pa}$ and $^{236}\mathrm{U}$ compound nuclei produced $^{232}\mathrm{Th}$($^{6}\mathrm{Li}$, $\ensuremath{\alpha}$)$^{234}\mathrm{Pa}$ $d$)$^{236}\mathrm{U}$ transfer reaction channels measured at ${E}_{\mathrm{lab}}=38.0$ excitation 17.0 22.0 within framework absolute method....
Worthiness of any scientific journal is measured by the quality articles published in it. The Impact factor (IF) one popular tool which analyses terms citations received its articles. It usually assumed that journals with high IF carry meaningful, prominent, and research. Since does not assess a single contribution but whole journal, evaluation research authors should be influenced journal. h index, g m quotient, c index are some other alternatives to judge an author. These address...
Projectile breakup cross sections in the $^{6}\mathrm{Li}+^{112}\mathrm{Sn}$ reaction have been measured at two beam energies, 30 and 22 MeV. Cross for sequential of $^{6}\mathrm{Li}$ into $\ensuremath{\alpha}+d$ via its resonant state ${1}^{+}$ (5.65 MeV) continuum first time along with other dominant states ${3}^{+}$ (2.18 ${2}^{+}$ (4.31 ${E}_{\mathrm{beam}}=30$ However, MeV, is found to be only due direct process. transfer channels, $(^{6}\mathrm{Li},^{5}\mathrm{Li})$...
Fission fragment mass distribution has been determined in the $^{238}\mathrm{U}$($^{18}\mathrm{O}$,$f$) reaction from on-line measurement of individual even-even yields by analyzing $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-$\ensuremath{\gamma}$ matrix. Fine structure dips corresponding to shell closures at $Z=50$ and $N=82$ are observed, indicating effect nuclear dynamical evolution fissioning nucleus. The present results may suggest a new feature shape inhibition closed nuclei scission point.
Evaporation residue (ER) cross sections for the $^{16,18}\mathrm{O}+^{198}\mathrm{Pt}$ reactions are measured in order to investigate fission hindrance. Compound nuclei ($^{214,216}\mathrm{Rn}$) formed above fusion at excitation energies range of 40--68 MeV. The experimental ER compared with predictions from statistical model calculations compound nuclear decay where Kramers' width is used. strength dissipation treated as a free parameter fit data.
A representation of the fusion barrier distributions has been deduced from back angle quasielastic scattering cross section data in ${}^{16,18}\mathrm{O}{+}^{12,124}\mathrm{Sn}$ reactions, measured over a wide range bombarding energies around Coulomb barrier.
