This letter presents a 0.18 μm CMOS dual-band frequency synthesizer with charge-pump current mismatch calibration to reduce reference spurs. To enhance accuracy the high-resolution phase detector (HRPD) is incorporated in this work. The measured output spur level less than -63 dBc after circuits are activated and reduction more 5.6 dB throughout whole range. draws 16 mA from 1.8 V power supply, covered bands 5.18-5.32 GHz 5.74-5.82 GHz.

Accurate and efficient roll mark detection on the strip steel surfaces is a fundamental but "hard" ultra-tiny target problem due to its small pixel occupation in low-contrast images. By fully exploiting prior information of marks, this article proposed Prior-Guided YOLOX network (PG-YOLOX). First, inspired by that horizontal distribution marks more uneven than vertical direction, an orthogonal context attention (OCA) carefully designed between backbone neck better capture tiny features...

This letter presents a W-band wide-locking range divide-by-three injection-locked frequency divider (ILFD) implemented in 90 nm digital CMOS technology. The second-harmonic generator (SHG) is proposed to boost the second harmonic signal for effective mixing and extend locking of divider. power consumption 10.8 mW operation input ranges from 73.1 84.3 GHz. To authors' knowledge, this work first ILFD with wider than 10%.
