Visando selecionar clones de palma forrageira resistentes à cochonilha-do-carmim, realizou-se um experimento em casa vegetação no período setembro 2001 a janeiro 2002. A partir infestação artificial com cochonilha, foram testados 20 forrageira, delineamento inteiramente casualizado, quatro repetições.
